These demonstration applications are intended to give you a small insight into what can be created for you to improve the efficiency and professionalism of your business administration. All applications can be amended to fit your exact requirements, so if you see something that you think you would find useful 'if only it had...' or 'if only it could do...' then please do contact us to discuss your needs.

Quote & Invoice Centre | Service Reminder System | pricing | Development costs
Quote & Invoice Centre allows you to create a professional looking quote or invoice in minutes with the minimum of manual input. If you are invoicing for a quote created within the application then the documents are produced in seconds. There is also functionality to remind for payment on unpaid invoices en masse, again using just seconds of your time. You have the option to include other documents; promotions, upselling etc.
In the example application, we look at the fictional fence building company, Franks Fencing. Frank builds fences of various types and the materials he uses for jobs are fairly consistent so, even at the lower end of this applications functionality, a database of materials can be utilised meaning that he doesn't have to manually type in materials or look up material costs; the information is all stored in a database and Frank simply selects the material from a dropdown list and enters the quantity required. Everything else is done automatically for him.
The full functionality of Franks Quote Creator allows him to spend less than 2 minutes entering nothing but the customer details and the length and the height of the fence he has been asked to construct and the quote is automatically created for him at the push of a button. When the job is complete, Frank simply opens up the software and creates and invoice in seconds using the already stored information.

The reminder tool is designed for the tradesman whose work involves regular, date specific, jobs. For example, annual boiler servicing, MOT's, car/van servicing, PAT testing, alarm system servicing, commercial window cleaning contracts etc.
Once your customers details and service dates are entered into the application, a regular run of the application will automatically e-mail your customers (or create a letter, if that is their preferred method of communication) when your work becomes due and ask them to contact you to arrange an appointment for you to carry out their service. If you already do this manually then it will save you a massive amount of time and if you don't already do it and rely on your customers contacting you, then it is an efficient and professional way of proactively generating business and shows your customers that you care, helping you to create and retain a regular customer base.

Willeve Office Services can also help to maintain the database and run the reminders for you on a monthly basis.
Pricing will include a one off lifetime licensing fee for the use of the core software, plus a configuration charge for making the software bespoke to you, charged on a 'time spent' basis.
Please contact us to discuss your requirements. We will not create applications for you that do not have a clear benefit in relation to their cost.
A note about development costs
If we supply you with any of the example applications detailed on this page then you will not pay for the development on a time cost basis as the core code already exists. You will instead be charged a small licensing fee, though configuration to make it specific to your business will still be charged for as normal.
If we develop, from scratch, an application specifically for you (which will be charged on a time spent basis), the core code of which is subsequently used by another customer, then, whilst the copyright of the code remains the property of Willeve Limited, you will be paid a royalty fee equal to 20% of all subsequent licensing fees up to a maximum of twice the initial development fee. This means that if you have a good idea for a useful application then you double your development investment and have use of the software for free.
